"A service falls under the Tech Coordinator's role if it involves resources provided by the office such as office printers, the office's wireless network, attaching agent-owned devices to the office's network, etc."
Agents' technology issues not involving office resources (such as personal computer issues, contact databases, etc.) are technically outside the scope of the Technology Coordinator and will often be handled by outside technical resources. Please visit the RESOURCES link above to learn more information about these entities.
Support for Keller Williams technologies such as eEdge and eAgentc are typically provided as group/office training sessions. Remote Tech Sessions with a Technology Coordinator is provided by appointment, but if the topic of support is often provided in a group training session, the agent will be highly encouraged to attend that class rather than request one-on-one support.
